Below are some frequently asked questions about our work space. If you cannot find what you are looking for, email your question to hello@workhereford.co.uk.

  • Members get a digital key and can access the space 24/7.

    Non-members who are just using the space for the day must book in advance. Please email us at hello@workhereford.co.uk to book your desk.

  • Yes we do! If you are interested in bringing your dog to WorkHere, drop us an email before you arrive.

    We advise you to give it a go and see how your dog reacts to the space.

  • Yes you can! The space has an office atmosphere with people chatting, so you are more than welcome to take calls at your desk as long as you use headphones.

    We also have some breakout areas, which you can use if you want a bit more privacy.

  • Both members and non-members can help themselves to tea, coffee, breakfast and snacks in our kitchen including plant-based milks.

  • It is great news that you want to become a member. Please use our online form.

  • Members and day visitors are given a digital key. This key is accessed through the app Salto KS, which you can download on your smartphone.

  • Yes we provide lockers to members, so you can keep your laptop safe during lunch or overnight.

  • Yes if you are a member, we will happily accept your post and keep it safe until you are next in to collect it.

  • You can cancel your membership anytime, just email hello@workhereford.co.uk.

  • Yes you can! If you are planning on bringing in large items, like furniture, please let our team know beforehand so we can check we have space!
