thinking about starting your own community workspace?

We help people turn their ideas for an independent community workspace in their local town into reality.

one to one mentoring for independent workspace founders

why us

We founded our first coworking space in Hereford in November 2019 because we needed somewhere to work ourselves. A financial services contactor and freelance marketeer, Louise and I were working from home and struggling to get the balance right. At that point coworking hadn’t really arrived in Hereford and so we decided to create something for ourselves in the heart of the city centre.

The journey wasn’t without its challenges. It took us five months to get the space hooked up to a dedicated broadband line with lightning speed wifi and just as the broadband was switched on, along came the Covid-19 pandemic and the directive for everyone except keyworkers to work from home.

But we’re not ones to be put off easily and we now run a thriving community workspace in central Hereford with exciting plans to expand soon.

By building our network with other independent coworking spaces around the UK we found an incredibly supportive community and now we’d like to pay that forward by helping other founders create workspaces for their local communities too!

This is for you if:

  • You’re serious about founding your own coworking space in your local town or city

  • You’re passionate about building a community of like-minded people who can support each other

  • You’ are values-driven, but realistic that you want the business to bring in an income or some profit too

  • You have started to consider the costs and commitment involved already
